The 48-acre Wyndham Orlando Resort in Orlando, Fla., sits on a tranquil, lagoon-laced oasis two miles from Universal's theme parks and 12 miles from Walt Disney World, with shuttle service to both areas. Transportation is made easy at the Wyndham Orlando Resort as the I-Ride Trolley stops just outside the hotel and takes passengers along a six-mile stretch of International Drive.
Hotel Features. Kid- friendly amenities at the Wyndham Orlando Resort include a playground, game room, ice cream shop and two pools, and adults can enjoy three additional pools, sun decks and a spa tub. Guests can exercise in the fitness center, and enjoy the sauna, steam and massage rooms. The on-site Augustine's Bar & Grill serves breakfast buffets and a la carte meals. At the poolside Gatorville, guests can sip tropical drinks and dine on seafood and pizza, as well as unique fare such as fried alligator and fried cheesecake with raspberry and mango sauces.
